OAU SHUTS DOWN INDEFINITELY

The students of OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY said Enough is Enough on the last day of November... As they took to protest to show their grief about the poor living

condition in their halls of residence. The protest lasted for two days. Many students and workers were stranded because of the heavy traffic at the main gate of the University. According to the students, the no light no water situation in their halls of residence is a situation that they cannot live with they called it #blacknovember its meaning different from what we imagine and expect when we hear #blackfriday (lol). The public relations officer of the University Mr Abiodun Olanrewaju when confronted said that the University has not been shut down that the authorities only gave the students a midsemester break....hmmmm...which University gives mid term breaks... Are they borrowing a page from secondary schools? Well atleast they told the students to go home while the resolve the situation... OAU students are lucky ooo... If its UNILAG now If you protest you face panel and still suffer the situation... Chai!!!
